Web site inspiration

Sometimes in life something happens and it makes you think about how other people can be so talented. Well such an occasion just happened to me. I came across this site and was not only extremely impressed by the design and film work but there is such a simple catchy tune being played. The arrangement is superb and the vocals just make it so listenable. I bet you will have this song on your mind for days. I also bet that it will inspire you to do better with your own projects.

Google Artists Themes

I don’t know if many people know about this but I have just discovered Google Artist Themes. here

Just click on this link and you can select whatever theme you like and almost instantly the headers in Google change to one of the set you have selected. Even better than that each time you open Google it displays a different picture for the selected set.

They certainly liven up an otherwise basic screen display and no doubt it won’t be long until there are third party sets available.

Modern Furniture

Modern Furniture is all about design. It truly offers unique forms and you really can say you have never seen anything like that. Sometimes it’s so amazing, you can’t say it’s real, and you have no idea how people designed that.

Anyway, modern furniture is really popular these days. Old-fashioned, ‘heavy’-looking furniture with lot of accents and trims will always stay as the sign of royalty and wealth, modern furniture, however is easily associated with some luxurious apartment in Manhattan on 60th floor.

Of of these websites that actually do sell modern furniture is www.comfyco.com. Interesting name for the company. They sell only modern and contemporary stuff, like bedroom furniture, bedroom sets, leather sofas, glass tv-stands, glass, dining room furniture, dining tables, coffee tables and much more. Browsing through their store I was quite surprised by some of the forms and most of all – prices for this type of furniture. Really looks amazing.

If you are looking for graphic inspiration then look no further than here. The site is full of excellent artwork by Brazillian, Adhemas Batista da Silva who lives and works in New York.

He has carried out work for some of the major companies in the world including Pepsi, Volkswagen, Whiskas and Absolut Vodka.

His artwork is very unique and very colorful and it is easy to see why he has won many major awards over the past few years.

Womens Shoes !

Well, seeing as I am a man I wouldn’t have thought that I would ever be looking at womens shoes.

I am not ashamed to admit that this site kept me looking at them for ages. I was even tempted to buy a pair – not! The site opens with an excellent animated screen with a woman walking around some fields. Then a really catchy tune kicks in while the women keeps walking -endlessly. Clicking on the shoe icons at the bottom of the screen displays a new window with just the womans legs and feet walking along some grass. She is wearing whatever shoes you have selected.
